Carolina Conference of Seventh-day Adventists is headquarters for North Carolina and South Carolina (except Cherokee County.) Superintendent - Gary Rousse.

Kentucky-Tennessee Conference of Seventh-day Adventists is headquarters for Kentucky and Western Tennessee. Superintendent - Stephen Bralley.

South Atlantic Conference of Seventh-day Adventists is headquarters for regional constituency for North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia (except the Southeast portion.) Superintendent - Kim Gaiter.

South Central Conference of Seventh-day Adventists is headquarters for regional constituency for Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, and Northwest Florida. Superintendent - Sharon Lewis.

Southeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventists is headquarters for regional constituency for Florida (except the Northwest portion) and Southeast Georgia. Superintendent -Barbara Davis.
